Toci/The Toltec Center's Refund/Cancellation Policy:

All deposits are non-refundable.

If the deposit is for a workshop, journey, retreat, or apprenticeship program that does not have lodging associated with it: The deposit can be applied to another program by the same teacher as the original order.

If there is lodging associated with the event: the deposit will not be returned or applied to anything else.

All payments (non-deposit) are non-refundable unless the following criteria are met:

  1. Cancellation is more than two weeks from the event.
  2. If lodging is associated with the event: Payments will be refunded only if we can find a replacement two weeks prior to the event, or by the start of a longer term program.
